PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing time for wig consist of 7-14 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends! Processing starts the next day after ordering. Once your order has been processed (completion of wig), your wig will be shipped & delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days! All wigs are made to order with LOVE!

Styled by Brooklyn is not responsible for lost packages! Please add insurance to your order if you'd like a wig replacement in the case of a lost/stolen package!

REFUNDS

There are no refunds or exchanges due to sanitation reasons. If there is any issue with your unit on our behalf, please reach out immediately!
