How long is shipping?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
When will my wig ship out?

Wigs will ship out after 5-10 business days of processing. This does not include weekends.
Will my wig exactly as pictured?

All wigs are custom so they may not look identical to the picture. They are colored & styled 95-98% as your selected wig. Keep in mind that shipping & handling may affect the style/curls.
Do we offer rush shipping?

Yes, rush shipping occurs an additional $100 fee. This will include 2 day processing & overnight shipping.
Shipping

All wigs are shipped through Fed-Ex after 5-10 business day of processing. If you'd like to bypass our 5-10 day processing time, please choose expedited service for an additional fee of $70. Expedited wigs will be shipped on the next business via ground shipping. Expedited service only applies to wig processing times & will be shipped out the next business day if ordered by 10:00am EST. Some wigs may ship next business day if available! Some may also ship with 2-3 business days. This will be noted on each individual unit!
Returns & Exchanges

All wigs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to sanitation reasons. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re committed to resolving it promptly. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Please ensure you measure the circumference of your head accurately, as we are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for lost packages. While this is rare, we highly recommend adding insurance to your package for an additional $10 to protect your investment. Before purchasing, please carefully read the wig descriptions to ensure you select the correct size. Our wigs typically come in sizes ranging from 21” to 24”: - Small heads: 21” - Medium/Average heads: 22”-23” - Large/X-Large heads: 24” If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out by visiting our Contact page.
